A positive and memorable customer experience is what will make our project achieve what we hope to do.

As coffee is a perishable and organic product which is roasted to order, we don't offer offer returns on coffee purchases. If you are unhappy with how your coffee tastes, please email hello@sanctuarycoffee.co.uk within 14 days of placing order along with your order number and we will gladly take the time to find out which coffees you like and send you a replacement free of charge.

As for merch, if you need another size or you've just changed your mind, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange your order. Sanctuary Coffee does not offer refunds - all sales are final. We can swap your order for another size, item or a gift card!
