We are proud to be opening our very first physical shop.
After four years of roasting our speciality coffee, raising over £15,000 for UK animal charities and shipping our online orders to 62 countries, our first shop, located in Cockington Village just off the Torquay coast, is a very proud feat for us.
If you’re in a position to help us and would like to enjoy the rewards of doing so, we are offering credits with a value higher than the amount. you paid. You can use credits against anything we stock, or if you fancy something that’s not on our offering, send us the link via email and we will explore our suppliers to see if we can pick this up.
Our vision for our first shop.

Sanctuary Coffee takes great pride in its efforts and detailed attention when sourcing, roasting and serving exceptional coffee.
Alongside our fan-favourite House Espresso, at our shop, we will be serving our soon to be released new core range + a selection of frozen competition-grade nano lots.
The idea is simple: to elevate the coffee quality in the surrounding area.
A coffee lover that prefers chocolatey and nutty flavours will be just as at home as one with a preference for more delicate, floral notes.
Our vast offering will be designed not as a box ticking exercise, but as a tailored approach to enable the discovery of new flavours and a home for creature comforts.

Supporting our local area with an exciting retail and coffee experience starts by discovering the magic our locals have on offer themselves.
All over the Britain, brilliance and talent is around each and every corner - and Devon is no exception to this.
Alongside our charity commitments, we are proud to support local artisans, creatives, craftsmen and farmers across our business wherever and whenever we can.
At our shop, you will find locally sourced ceramics, prints and homeware. Our dairy will be supplied by employee-owned Riverford with an acute focus on animal welfare, for both mothers and calfs. Our cakes and pastries will be provided by Exploding Bakery in Exeter featuring a selection of beautiful bakes and cakes and a selection of exceptional plant based options too.

It may seem counterintuitive to say this as a coffee brand - but we feel that, unless you’re going to a coffee shop for a quick caffeine fix, then coffee can be periphery as to why you might pay a visit.
As such, we want to create a space that fosters social connection for those physically in the shop, as well as the social connections our visitors will have away from the shop.
To do this, our careful curation of wares will offer those little moments where one can really say “I appreciate you”.
Whether that’s beautifully crafted homeware and ceramics; or perhaps locally grown seasonal flowers; sustainably crafted wooden toys and sensory tools for the new arrivals in the family; or simply an exceptional flat white and a perfectly flaky croissant.
These are your moments, we simply want to be the perfect backdrop.
