Encompassing a vast expanse of 1,589 hectares, Mió's farm allocation is thoughtfully organized. Approximately one-third of the land is dedicated to coffee processing and milling facilities, pasture areas, and the cultivation of eucalyptus trees, providing a habitat for delightful bees. The remaining land is equally divided between coffee trees and a native forest reserve. Abundant spring water on the estate underscores Mió's commitment not only to maintain water flow but also to enhance water quality.
