The coffee behind the subscription is our current House Decaf — sourced from Santa Barbara, a legacy coffee estate in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras.
Grown at 1,400 metres above sea level and scoring 84 on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) specialty scale, this sugarcane decaf Caturra and Bourbon cultivar delivers dark chocolate, almond, and caramel in every cup — roasted specifically to shine in milk-based espresso.
Available in 250 (letterbox-friendly), 2× 250, or 1KG, across whole bean, Aeropress, espresso, filter, and cafetière grinds.
