Each selection is a traceable, single-origin coffee scoring 86+ on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) specialty scale, sourced directly from producers who meet our exacting standards for quality, sustainability, and craft. Past origins have included Colombia, Tanzania, and beyond — expect the unexpected, and expect it to be exceptional.
