It only happens once a year, but we can’t help but feel this is our favourite coffee to release.

Not only does this coffee represent another year for ourselves as a business, but it allows us to create something new. A coffee without any restrictions, with a focus only on what’s in season and what tastes good.

We had a lot of fun creating this coffee. A blend of what we’ve loved for years on end and something new, from a farm we’ve never worked with in the past.

This coffee is super chocolatey. It’s beautiful with milk and offers a buttery-like mouthfeel with a looooong caramel aftertaste.

Sanctuary Coffee cares deeply about fairness and transparency in the coffee industry.
